FAQ's

Yes, 360 Tactical Training offers rental equipment for our pistol and carbine classes. We also have load bearing vests and eye and ear protection available as an option.
If you have no shooting experience and would like to learn skills beyond basic introduction we have the Fundamentals of Defensive Pistol, a four-hour course that is appropriate for beginners and experienced shooters. Topics covered include: Safety, the body’s natural reaction to a fight, the balance of speed and accuracy, drawing from the holster, emergency reloads, and much more.
We have classes available for every experience level. We believe strongly that shooting is a perishable skill and that overcoming your mistakes, weaknesses and bad habits through repeated practice will help you to be prepared in a fight. There are two major airports in Houston, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and William P. Hobby Airport they both on average about a 60-90 minute drive from the range depending on traffic.

George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) is a Class B international airport—the United States’ fourth largest populated city, and serving the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown metropolitan area, the fifth-largest metropolitan area in the United States. Located about 23 miles (37 km) north of Downtown Houston, between Interstate 45 and U.S. Highway 59, George Bush Intercontinental Airport has scheduled flights to domestic and international destinations. The airport is named after George H. W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States.

William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is a public airport in Houston, Texas, located 7 miles (11 km) from downtown Houston.The airport covers 1,304 acres (528 ha) and has four runways. Hobby Airport is Houston’s oldest commercial airport and was the city’s primary air terminal until the opening of Houston Intercontinental Airport (now George Bush Intercontinental Airport) in 1969. Hobby serves the city as a secondary airport handling domestic service and is a regional center for corporate and private aviation. The airport is home of the 1940 Air Terminal Museum which houses a collection in the original art deco building which served as the first terminal for passenger flight in Houston. It currently serves as a focus city for Southwest Airlines.

While it is our sincere desire to accommodate the individual needs of our customers, the following policy should be considered prior to changing your course registration. Please call us at 713.492.2771 and speak to our Customer Service Coordinator to cancel or reschedule your class. Student Cancellation/Alteration If you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to the start date, we will either refund your tuition less a $50 booking fee, or move you to a course that better suits your schedule. If you need to cancel your registration between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to the course start date, we will either refund your tuition less a 50% penalty, or, move you to a later course. Should you need to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, there is no refund.  You can, however, re-schedule to a future class.  Costs are as follows:
  • $35 re-booking fee for classes $115 or less
  • $100 re-booking fee for classes $116 or more
A RE-SCHEDULE, CANCELATION OR NO-SHOW ON THE DAY OF TRAINING WILL FORFEIT 100% OF THE CLASS FEE.  NO EXCEPTIONS, NO CREDITS.  YOU MUST CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATED POLICY PRIOR TO THE CLASS DAY. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, if we have your ammo available, please email us for an ammo quote to info@360tacticaltraining.com for the required ammo for your class at a discounted rate. We will always try our best to keep ammo available for our 360 Tactical Training students. On our website select classes have the option to add gun & gear rentals and required ammuniton for your class. Your instrucitor will bring all pre-purchsed ammo on the day of your class.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount after taking select courses. We will email you the discount promo code after the class, these are valid for 30 days from the start date of the class and can be used online. * EXCLUSIONS DISCOUNT CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PURCHASE OF COACHING OR ANY PRIVATE CLASS. FOR DISCOUNT TO BE APPLIED THE COURSE MUST BE A LEVEL I OR ABOVE.
You must be 21 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No, 360 Tactical Training welcomes the public and all first time shooters!
Yes, if you would like to reschedule your class within our cancellation policy or are issued a refund for any reason you may have the option to have a store credit instead. Our store credits do no expire.
Yes, you can purchase a 360 Tactical Training gift card on our website, or you can call 713-492-2771 and purchase one over the phone. Currently, they are not redeemable on our website however, you may call and use them over the phone and they do not expire.
Yes! We can coordinate any custom private or corporate event, at our facility or yours. We can provide as much or as little as you need to make a remarkable event your friends, family and co-workers will be talking about for weeks!
